SANE currently provides after school services for children.

We offer academic and recreational programs for children at one of the following locations:

1. The school premise
2. Our headquarters in Elsheikh Zayed.  

In addition, SANE offers special programs for early-release and no-school days as well as programs for the summer.
 
Providing our programs in a safe and engaging environment is SANE’s highest priority. We work in partnership with each community, school, and family to design the program that meets their specific needs. We draw upon the most effective academic enrichment, physical fitness, nutritional and life skill programs to challenge children and make learning fun.
 
We offer:

• Arts and Crafts

Our signature art class offers children the opportunity to explore their artistic talent by using different materials to create art in different forms. Our activities include painting, pottery, crafts, and creating 3D objects to be used in real life.

• Jewelry/Wire Work

Learn the basics of jewelry and wire-work. We make things such as hanging wall murals, key chains, bracelets and much more!

• Theatre

In our Theatre class, kids will learn to speak out clearly and relate confidently with others through acting and improvisation! This class will help students gain more confidence and develop at their own pace, by engaging in role play and by learning about various cultures and their habits.

• Cooking

Come join our basic cooking class for kids where they learn culinary skills. The kids will learn how to make their own pasta, mini pizza's, and different types of food from different cuisines.

• Puppet Show/puppet making

Our signature puppet show and puppet making class take kids out of their comfort zones and into a zone of fantasy. Our signature scripts and characters keep children in imagination land.

• Homework Assistance Program

The purpose of this program is to improve student performance and enhance their academic skills. This program helps children with school-work of various kinds. Our specialized tutors help with daily homework, projects, essays and basic writing/reading/research skills. As part of our program and to keep progress of our students work we keep a student portfolio to track each students’ development.

• STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math)

• Dance (yoga, zumba, hip-hop)

Dancing is a great way for your child to get active and develop physical coordination skills, strength and concentration. We have a variety of dance classes to choose from

• Cultural field trips

Every month we choose a destination that enhances students cultural awareness. We collaborate with a tour guide and organize pick-ups and drops offs.
